Endless flooded fields shimmer under the dry-season sky, echoing the ancient waterways of Water Chenla (水真臘). On the road from Angkor Borei to Phnom Da, the landscape becomes a living map of canals, rice paddies, and sky-reflecting pools. Each passing glimpse from the roadside hints at how water once bound these early Khmer worlds together.
