Num chak chol (Kh: នំចាក់ចុល) is a traditional Cambodian fried rice flour cake, typically made from regular and glutinous rice flour mixed with coconut milk and sugar to give a slightly chewy, sticky texture. As in the photo, it is fried into a thin round disk with a raised dome in the center and crisp, browned edges, while the middle stays soft and translucent. It is usually eaten warm as a snack or breakfast item, often enjoyed on its own or with tea or coffee from street or market vendors.
