Picture of the day: Na Taing at Kraya Angkor, A Phnom Penh Classic

Today’s plate brings Na Taing (ណាតាំង), Cambodia’s royal-style crispy rice with rich coconut curry, to the heart of Phnom Penh at Kraya Angkor restaurant. The purple-and-white rice crackers soak up the creamy, peanut-laced sauce, turning a simple snack into a slow, textural moment of comfort. It is the kind of Khmer food memory that anchors you in place, blending everyday pleasure with a hint of Angkor-era heritage.
