Golden, crisp, and delicately folded, these thâng muon (ថងមួន) wafers are a familiar Cambodian treat with Thai roots. In English, the Thai version is known as “Thai fresh rolled wafer”. Made from rice flour, coconut, eggs, palm sugar, and sesame, they are shaped into rolls or little flowers.
