Sngao Chruk (Khmer: ស្ងោរជ្រក់) is a traditional Khmer (Cambodian) sour soup. The name literally means “sour boiled (soup),” and it is known for its refreshing tangy flavor. It is usually made with chicken or other proteins (in the below picture, it’s pork leg).
