Hidden among the grasses and weathered branches of Kirirom, this Malayan Urn Vine adds a touch of botanical mystery. Dischidia major (Khmer: ស្រកាពង្រយល srâka pong-ruol) is an epiphytic climber native to Cambodia and much of tropical Asia. Its unusual pouch-like leaves are especially fascinating, sometimes providing shelter for ants in a remarkable natural partnership.
