Tender pork, quail-like cuts, fresh herbs and fried shallots float in a cloudy, collagen-rich broth that invites slow, appreciative sipping. This simple street-side soup captures everyday Southeast Asian food culture, where borders blur and shared flavors warm both stomach and spirit.
