Located at Prasat Damrei, a temple within the vast Preah Khan Kampong Svay temple complex, it dates to the Khmer Empire’s Mahayana Buddhist period (11th-12th century). The sculpture symbolizes the transformation of defilements into wisdom, highlighting ancient Cambodia’s blend of Hindu-Buddhist artistry.
